When you begin your project with us, ShopVisible™ assigns each client a direct account manager (AM).  During the first 90-days of service your AM will be your go-to person for all set up, production, design and development of the site.  After your site is launched, the AM will provide all training, and make sure you are leveraging our tools to your greatest benefit.  Answers and help are always an email or phone call away.
